  • MaRenee Holcomb, NP-BC

    MaRenee, NP-BC, is a dual board-certified Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of healthcare
    experience, blending advanced medical expertise with a refined aesthetic eye. She is the Founder of
    Face&Beyond; Aesthetic Lounge in Turlock, California, where she has created a space dedicated to
    innovation, luxury, and patient-centered care.

    In addition to aesthetics, MaRenee practices in Pain Management throughout Northern California,
    specializing in migraine treatment, TMJ Botox, and joint injections. Her comprehensive clinical
    background allows her to approach aesthetic treatments with precision, safety, and a deep
    understanding of facial anatomy.

    She also conducts small-group mentorship, focusing on hands-on education and clinical guidance for
    providers, with an emphasis on natural, balanced, and results-driven outcomes that empower patients
    to look and feel their absolute best

  • Devin Lyon, PA-C

    Devin is a board certified physician assistant with over 10 years of clinical experience. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biology and a Master’s degree Medical Sciences from the University of South Florida, followed by a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studes in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

    She spent the majority of her career in critical care and cardiac surgery critical care, where she honed advanced procedure skills and developed a strong foundation in anatomy, precision, and patient safety. She later transitioned into aesthetic medicine to merge her passion for art and science, delivering confidence-enhancing, results driven care for her patients.
    Deeply committed to evidence based medicine, she emphasizes the science behind every treatment she performs. In her current practice as the lead provider at Bevara Medspa in Portland, Maine she specializes in Botox, fillers, and comprehensive skin rejuvenation, utilizing combination laser therapies to provide a holistic approach to aesthetic medicine.

  • Jurry Om, FNP

    Jurry is a Family Nurse Practitioner with a diverse background in cardiology, however, most of her practice has been dedicated to aesthetic medicine since 2005. She received two undergraduate degrees in nursing and psychology from Biola University in Southern California and master’s degree from University in Illinois. Jurry has served on many boards and chaired “stand together against rape (STAR).”

    Her aesthetic philosophy emphasizes safety, natural outcomes and individual treatment plans. She truly believes that any patient care involves treating the patient as a whole person, and her goal is to bring balance back into their lives, whether that be in facial balance or in health. Outside of work, Jurry’s joy is her family: her husband and two children. Jurry’s Christian faith is central to her life, guiding her desire to bring compassion, integrity, joy and confidence to everyone she serves.

  • Christopher Kircher, MD

    Dr. Kircher has a diverse clinical background spanning surgery, correctional medicine, and aesthetic wellness. After completing two years of surgical residency, he transitioned into independent practice to pursue a more entrepreneurial path and greater professional autonomy.

    He currently practices full-time in correctional medicine and is the founder of a successful mobile health and wellness company established in 2019. Through this practice, Dr. Kircher provides IV vitamin and hydration therapy, aesthetic services including Botox, dermal fillers, and Kybella, as well as medical weight-loss treatments.

    A graduate of St. George’s University School of Medicine, Dr. Kircher brings a strong clinical foundation, hands-on procedural experience, and a passion for patient-centered, high-quality aesthetic care. He is dedicated to empowering clinicians with practical skills that enhance safety, confidence, and outcomes in aesthetic medicine.

  • Alexis Riccione MSN, APRN, FNP-C

    With more than 20 years of experience, Alexis brings a strong clinical foundation and a passion for education to her role as an Aesthetics Injector and Educator.  Her career began in 2002 and spans a wide range of nursing specialties, including emergency medicine at a Level II trauma center.  She has an extensive experience in leadership and education.  She received her bachelor’s degree from Wilke’s University and her master’s degree from Herzing University and is board certified in Family Medicine.

    After becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner 5 years ago, Alexis transitioned her focus to aesthetic medicine, completing her first injector training course with MedAesthetics.  She went on to work with a medical spa in Camp Hill Pennsylvania along with running her own aesthetics business.

    Now, based in South Carolina, continues to combine her clinical expertise with her love of teaching by training future injectors.  Her approach emphasizes anatomy, safety, and natural confident results.

  • Cassandra, FNP-C

    Cassandra, known professionally as The Lip Fairy, is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and the founder of The Lip Fairy Aesthetics in Sacramento, California.

    Initially accepted into fashion design school and inspired by her creative background, Cassandra chose to pursue nursing at her parents’ encouragement—allowing her to blend artistry with science throughout her 15+ year healthcare career.

    After earning her Master’s Degree in Nursing from The Catholic University of America in 2018, Cassandra has combined her medical expertise with an artistic eye to create natural, transformative aesthetic results. She also serves as a clinical trainer for Prollenium, where she helps medical professionals enhance and refine their technique and confidence in aesthetic practice.

  • Dr. Almog Gal, MD

    Dr. Almog Gal is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with over 15 years of experience dedicated to helping patients achieve optimal health and wellness. After completing his residency in 2010, Dr. Gal developed a deep passion for functional medicine — an approach that focuses on identifying and addressing the root causes of illness to promote long-term vitality and balance.

    Through personalized hormone health and integrative wellness strategies, Dr. Gal empowers his patients to feel and function at their best. His holistic philosophy extends beyond internal health; his interest in aesthetics grew from a genuine desire to help individuals feel confident in how they look as well as how they feel.

    Dr. Gal has trained with leading institutions in medical aesthetics, including both foundational and advanced programs through MedAesthetics Training. He holds certifications in advanced Endolift® laser treatments and PDO thread procedures. With his combined expertise in internal wellness and aesthetic medicine, Dr. Gal is passionate about helping people become the best version of themselves — inside and out.

  • Charlotte Hagarty, NP-C

    Charlotte Hagarty is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner and aesthetic injector trainer with a passion for helping both patients and fellow providers achieve harmony, balance, and confidence through natural, refreshed results. With over a decade of nursing experience spanning the ICU, Neonatal ICU, Emergency Medicine, and nursing education, Charlotte brings a deep understanding of patient care, safety, and anatomy to every aspect of her practice.

    For more than half of her career, Charlotte has specialized in aesthetic medicine — where her holistic approach focuses on enhancing each individual’s natural beauty rather than altering it. She believes that true aesthetic artistry lies in subtle, evidence-based treatments that help patients look like the best version of themselves — well-rested, balanced, and confident in their own skin.

    As an educator and mentor, Charlotte is passionate about training other injectors to master safe, ethical, and patient-centered techniques. She emphasizes informed consent, evidence-based practice, and cultivating a culture of safety for both providers and patients.

    Beyond her professional life, Charlotte is a proud wife and mother to two sons. She values balance not only in aesthetics but also in life — finding fulfillment in family, lifelong learning, and helping others feel empowered inside and out.

  • Dr. Molly Frankum, DMSc, PA-C

    Dr. Molly Frankum, DMSc, PA-C, is a nationally certified Physician Associate with a strong foundation in procedural medicine and a deep passion for aesthetics. She earned her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from South College in Knoxville, Tennessee, and went on to complete her Doctorate of Medical Science at Butler University in Indianapolis, Indiana. Her background working in interventional radiology laid a strong foundation in precision, patient safety, and attention to detail.

    Molly began her aesthetics career in 2021 when she founded her own aesthetic medicine practice, Indie Lux Atelier, where she blends her medical expertise with a carefully curated and natural approach to facial sculpting. She specializes in neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and collagen biostimulators such as Sculptra, as well as CO₂ laser resurfacing and SkinPen microneedling.

    As both a business owner and clinician, Molly brings a wealth of knowledge to the injector community and is known for her approachable, hands-on teaching style. Her focus is on empowering other injectors to deliver safe, beautiful outcomes through evidence-based practice and artistry.

    When she’s not working, Molly enjoys spending time with her husband and two sweet pups, working out, reading, and finding the best coffee spots in town.

  • Kaitlyn Morrison FNP-C, CANS

    Kaitlyn Morrison is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with a specialty in Family Practice. She earned her Master’s degree from the University of Massachusetts Lowell in 2020 and holds undergraduate degrees from her home state of Virginia. A registered nurse since 2012 and nurse practitioner since 2020, Kaitlyn has dedicated her career to advancing both patient care and aesthetic excellence.
    As a Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist, Kaitlyn specializes in neurotoxins and dermal fillers, with a focus on safety, precision, and natural, balanced results. She currently practices at RN Esthetics, an award-winning medical spa located in Newburyport, Massachusetts, serving the North Shore community.
    Passionate about continued education, Kaitlyn has completed multiple advanced trainings and cadaver anatomy courses, ensuring she brings the highest level of expertise to every treatment and training session. Her approach blends medical precision with artistic vision, helping new injectors develop confidence, skill, and a deep respect for patient safety.

  • Reema Gupta Sethi, MD

    Dr. Reema Gupta Sethi is a dedicated physician and educator rooted in the Detroit area. A native of Troy, MI, she now calls downtown Plymouth home, where she owns and operates Aura Health & Spa.  When she is not at work she and her husband are busy raising three children and puppy “Buster”. Dr. Reema’s career is built on a foundation of high-acuity clinical decision-making: after attending Wayne State University School of Medicine and training in Emergency Medicine at the University of Illinois at Chicago, she spent over 15 years practicing across three states. This experience instilled a profound commitment to critical assessment, meticulous precision, and patient safety.
    This unique foundation drives her approach to medical aesthetics. Dr. Reema transitioned into the field to apply her high-level clinical expertise to client confidence, ensuring every result is safe, subtle, and effective. At Aura, she is dedicated to developing fully individualized treatment plans and providing detailed education, fostering true partnership and trust with every patient.
    As an educator in the aesthetics training program, Dr. Reema brings this comprehensive clinical perspective directly to aspiring providers. She instructs on the essential, transferable skills learned in the emergency room, focusing heavily on risk assessment, anatomical precision, and the art of customization. Her goal is to ensure trainees go beyond simple injection techniques and master the diagnostic skills necessary to craft highly personalized plans and deliver consistently safe, beautiful outcomes.

  • Ali Stover, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC

    Ali Stover, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC, is an advanced practice nurse medical with a passion for blending science, artistry, and education. With more than a decade of experience in both clinical medicine and aesthetics, Ali brings a unique depth of knowledge to her teaching — combining evidence-based principles with the creativity and precision that define beautiful, natural results.

    As the founder and clinical director of Curate Medspa & Collective in Nebraska, Ali has built a thriving practice centered on facial rejuvenation, laser and energy-based technologies, and patient-centered care. Her experience as a university-level instructor and published author in the Journal of Nursing Education led her to develop innovative training programs that help practitioners bridge textbook knowledge with real-world application.

    At Medaesthetics, Ali specializes in injectable education, offering both didactic and hands-on training for providers who want to advance their technique safely and confidently. Known for her warm teaching style and approachable expertise, she encourages every injector to see aesthetics as both an art and a science — where anatomy, ethics, and empathy meet.

    When she’s not teaching or treating patients, you’ll find Ali mentoring new nurses, writing about aesthetics and functional wellness, or spending time with her family and miniature golden doodle in the Midwest.

  • Isabel Gromacki, MSN, APRN-FPA, FNP-BC

    Isabel is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with a clinical background in trauma nursing and a passion for aesthetic medicine. She holds a Master’s Degree from Governors State University and is certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. In addition to her advanced training in aesthetic injectables, Isabel is committed to ongoing education and refinement of her technique to ensure safe, effective, and natural-looking results.

    Combining her clinical expertise with an artistic eye, Isabel takes a personalized approach to non-surgical cosmetic procedures. Her goal is to help individuals enhance their natural beauty and feel confident in their appearance. She is known for building strong, trusting relationships with her patients, listening attentively to their goals, and delivering care with integrity and precision.

  • Karina Seuser, FNP

    Karina Seuser is a Family Nurse Practitioner and passionate advocate for enhancing natural beauty through her expertise in non-surgical cosmetic treatments. With over 6 years of dedicated experience, Karina and her medical spa, Gold Coast Aesthetics, have become a trusted name in Orange County, California. She is known for having gentle touch, artistic eye, and commitment to staying at the forefront of advancements and innovations.

    Her favorite topics to teach are facial assessment and consultation, along with advanced “undetectable injectable” techniques. She is dedicated to offering her patients the very best, Karina diligently keeps herself updated with the latest advancements in non-surgical rejuvenation.  She actively participates in hands-on training sessions, attends seminars, and collaborates with industry leaders in order to bring the safest and latest techniques to her own patients.  Karina has had the privilege of small group training with internationally renowned physicians such as Dr. Jonathan Sykes, Dr. Gideon Kwok, Dr. Alex Rivkin and Dr. T.J. Say.  She has taught hundreds of students over the past several years, with an emphasis on teaching thoughtful and artistic work through highly refined injection patterns and techniques.  

  • Sarah Baker, FNP

     Sarah is a family nurse practitioner and aesthetic provider with over 14 years of experience in healthcare and 5 years specializing in medical aesthetics. Her career began in traditional medicine, where she gained a strong foundation in patient care through roles in cardiology and urgent care. Over time, her passion for aesthetics grew, and she shifted her focus toward helping patients feel more confident and comfortable in their own skin. 

    During the last several years, she’s invested in extensive training — attending national aesthetic conferences, completing hands-on cadaver labs, and learning from top providers in the industry. This ongoing education has shaped her philosophy: treatments should be safe, evidence-based, and customized to each individual for natural, confidence-boosting results. 

    Last year, she opened Muse Medical Spa, where she combines her clinical expertise with a patient-centered approach. Her goal is to create a supportive environment where people can invest in themselves, prioritize their wellness, and feel empowered at every stage of life. In her free time, Sarah loves spending time at the beach, playing with her two kids, and traveling. 

  • Silvia Tuthill, DNP, ANP-C, RN-BC

    Silvia Tuthill is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner who has a passion for aesthetic medicine and working with clients to achieve healthy, beautiful skin at all states of life.  She is also committed to an enlightened approach to health and wellness.  She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree, and a Master and Bachelor of Science in Nursing, from Stony Brook University in Adult and Geriatric Health.  Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, her five-year career as a registered nurse and intravenous therapy professional on a medical-surgical oncology unit honed her skill in performing delicate injections with precision.  She has completed specialized training in New York City in dermal fillers and Botox, and loves being a part of training as it allows her to share her art and knowledge of aesthetic technique with the world.

    Megan Quinn is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience in healthcare and a specialized focus in aesthetic medicine. Known for her medical precision and artistic touch, Megan has trained extensively in advanced injectables, laser therapies, and personalized skincare plans. Her career includes serving as a trusted aesthetic provider in top-tier medspas across North Carolina, where she has built a reputation for delivering natural, stunning results with a focus on safety and integrity.

    Megan’s approach is centered on truly listening to her clients, understanding their goals, and crafting custom-tailored treatments that enhance natural beauty while prioritizing long-term skin health. From subtle refinements with neuromodulators and dermal fillers to transformative laser treatments and hormone optimization, she is committed to ensuring that each client leaves feeling confident, cared for, and beautifully refreshed.

  • Sharonda Walton, ANP-BC

    Sharonda Walton, ANP-BC is a board certified adult nurse practitioner. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Jackson State University in 2001 and a Bachelor’s in Nursing from Baptist College of Health Sciences in 2004. Sharonda graduated from Vanderbilt University School of Nursing with a Master’s in Nursing in 2010. Her medical background includes adult health, occupational health, and emergency medicine. Sharonda received her certification in medical aesthetics in 2017 and has completed advanced trainings in neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and PDO threads . Sharonda’s passion for health and beauty led her to open Royalty Wellness Spa, a full service medical spa in Memphis, TN. With many years in the medical aesthetics industry, she offers training to novice and advanced injectors and continues to advance her training in the field, in order to offer the most innovative services for her clients.  Sharonda specializes in enhancing a person’s natural beauty by providing safe and personalized treatments for her clients in an intimate and friendly environment.

  • Lauren Hernandez, DMD

    Dr. Lauren Hernandez has been in the dental field since 2011 and is a graduate of the University of Louisville School of Dentistry.  As the daughter of a retired Army officer, she has spent much of her life moving around both domestically and internationally, contributing to her love for building relationships with people of different cultures and backgrounds. In dental school, she excelled in cosmetic dentistry and esthetics and was the recipient of the American Academy of Dental Esthetics Award. After taking a MedAesthetics course in 2019, she found her niche in facial esthetics and loves that she can offer confidence boosting services like neuromodulators and fillers to her patients. The challenge of treatment planning facial cosmetic procedures tailored to each individual patient is one of the things she enjoys most about her job. 

    Dr. Lauren married her high school sweetheart, Sebastian, in 2011 and they have four sweet children: Sadie, Turner, Everett and Emerson. When she’s not working, teaching, or taking kids to soccer practice, she loves spending time with her family and friends, a good road trip, reading anything by Colleen Hoover, and running.  A born goal-getter, she strives to be working toward overcoming a challenge. 

  • Mayra Crespo DNP, FNP-C

    Mayra is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in aesthetics and plastic surgery. Her interest in Aesthetics began as an OR nurse, which prompted Mayra to complete her advanced nursing education.

    Mayra is a proud Latina and Jersey girl. She completed her Masters and Doctorate degrees from Rutgers University, with high honors. Additionally, she is a seasoned licensed cosmetologist with 15+ years of experience in all things beauty, hair and skincare.

    Since 2013, she has been an active clinician treating multiple health and skin conditions. Her focus is providing effective cosmetic treatments that enhance and complement her patients’ unique features and goals. Mayra is highly requested for her techniques and knowledge on treatments for skin of all ethnicities.

    Mayra is both nationally and internationally trained on advanced injectables, threads, lasers and non-invasive cosmetic procedures. She continues to seek opportunities to advance her skills to provide the best care and education to her patients and students.

    Outside of the office, Mayra is a foodie and enjoys traveling with her husband and baby.

  • Samira Caraballo, PA-C

    Samira Caraballo is a board-certified physician assistant with extensive training in reconstructive and plastic surgery. Samira specializes in nonsurgical cosmetic procedures including Kybella, Botox, hyaluronic acid, and bio stimulatory fillers, as well as a variety of cosmetic lasers.

    Samira is passionate about aesthetic medicine and enjoys teaching and collaborating with new and fellow injectors. She believes sharing her knowledge and expertise is the best way to contribute and continue to enhance the exponentially expanding field of aesthetic medicine. A graduate of Florida International University, Samira completed her physician assistant program at Miami Dade Medical College. She is a published author and contributor to the Atlas of Contemporary Aesthetic Breast Surgery an Elsevier publication. Samira enjoys medical mission trips and fitness.

  • Alyssa Abbey, PA-C

    Alyssa Abbey is a Physician Assistant certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). Alyssa is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants. She has practiced Dermatology and Aesthetics for the last 15 years in Central Oregon. Alyssa specializes in general Dermatology and especially enjoys cosmetic and surgical procedures. Alyssa grew up in Fort Collins, Colorado. She attended the University of Oregon where she received her BA in International Studies. For her medical program, she attended Barry University in Miami, Florida and was awarded a Masters of Clinical Medical Sciences and Physician Assistant degree. In addition to her required clinical rotations, she did an elective rotation in Dermatology and Plastic Surgery. Outside of work, she enjoys nearly every outdoor activity offered in Central Oregon. Beyond staying active outside, she keeps busy chasing after her two active children Ruby and Wilder.

    Dr. Alexandra Coleman was born and raised in Alpharetta, Georgia. She graduated in 2012 from Georgia College and State University where she studied Biological Sciences and Chemistry.  From Atlanta, Dr. Coleman moved to Horse Country, Lexington, Kentucky, where she completed her Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree at the University of Kentucky. Go Cats! Dr. Coleman is one half of the Tooth Booth duo working alongside Dr. Shana Hughes. Dr. Coleman is certified in administering facial injectables (filled, Botox, etc.) and loves the complement that comes with mixing facial aesthetics with dentistry.  In her spare time, Dr. Coleman enjoys traveling (but not by car), complaining about the day’s OrangeTheory workout, and finding new local restaurants around town. Her favorite spot to vacation is Venice, Florida (Italy, too) where she has gone every year since she was born.

  • Monica Stanford, FNP-C

    Monica Stanford, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the AANP. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University for Women in 2011 and her Master of Science in Nursing from Southern Miss in 2012. With nearly two decades of nursing experience in cardiology and emergency medicine, she has spent over ten years as a Nurse Practitioner in internal medicine. In 2022, Monica obtained her certification in advanced medical aesthetics and traveled to Switzerland to train with world-renowned injector Julie Horne, specializing in lip filler design. An award-winning injector, she has also mastered techniques in full face dermal fillers, neurotoxin, PDO threads, CO2 laser, and RF microneedling. She is the founder and owner of Delta Phoenix Medical Aesthetics in Mississippi, where she has successfully opened multiple locations. Monica’s passion lies in embracing and enhancing the natural inner beauty within each individual.   • Sudi Gooch, PA-C

    Sudi Gooch is a Board Certified Physician Assistant who specializes in Dermatology. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from CU Denver in Colorado, then pursued her Masters degree in Clinical Medical Science with a Certificate as a Physician Assistant at Barry University in Florida in 2006. She is an LA native and moved back home in 2007. She regularly attends conferences and classes to keep current on constant advancements in cosmetic and general dermatology. Sudi also conducts Speaker programs to introduce and educate medical providers on new and upcoming dermatology medications and procedures.

    For the past 12 years, she has been specializing in general dermatology, acne treatments, surgical excisions, sclerotherapy, with special focus on cosmetic facial rejuvenation using medical grade peels, Botox, fillers, PRP, and skin and body enhancements with medical devices. Sudi is committed to enhancing her patients natural and unique appearance and helping them age gracefully through personalized cosmetic skin treatments. She is also an excellent clinical educator helping upcoming aesthetic injections master their craft. 

     

  • Jessica Manges, ARNP

    Jessica Manges is a n Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner who is board certified through the ANCC. She graduated in 2010 from the University of South Florida with her Masters in Nursing and did her BSN at The University of Tampa. As a nurse she worked at Tampa General Hospital and specialized in medical/surgical nursing. Upon graduating with her masters she started in dermatology and then went on to specialize in aesthetic medicine. She has years of experience in injectables and an artistic eye for achieving the most aesthetic results. She has a passion for skin care and loves learning advancements in anti-aging medicine.  Jessica keeps up with the latest techniques and products in the industry. Jessica believes in teaching the skills of a thorough consultation to create the most comprehensive treatment plan so that you are able to achieve the best results for your clients.  She has treated thousands of people to include Botox, dermal filler, Sculptra, PDO threads, plasma and Kybella. She also is a certified aerial yoga teacher so brings a calming atmosphere to the teaching environment, making you comfortable while learning these new skills.

     

  • Emily Goodrich, FNP-C

    Emily Goodrich graduated from East Tennessee State University with her bachelorette in Nursing, and then received her masters in nursing from ETSU in 2000.
    Emily began her career in Johnson City, TN and then transferred to Atlanta, GA to work with  Emory University and Wellstar hospital systems. She then moved to Charlotte, NC.
    After  25 years of experience in cardiac surgery, cardiology and medical intensive care units, she  made the transition and co-founded Aria Aesthetics and Wellness in Belmont, NC in 2017.Her practice focuses on Neuromodulators, dermal fillers, Micro-needling and Medical grade skin care regimens and overall wellness.Outside of her practice, Emily can be found with her husband chasing her 2 spunky boys.

     

  • Christopher Dunn, DDS

    Christopher graduated from the University of Colorado with his undergraduate degree Bachelor of Arts and Sciences 1986, was accepted at University of Colorado dental school and graduated in 1990. He had a hospital position at Swedish Medical center in the head and neck trauma unit and has since been working in private practice since 1991.

    He enjoys cosmetic dentistry and the immense happiness a beautiful smile can provide for his patients. Patients frequently comment afterward, “ If I could just get rid of the wrinkles”, this led him to pursue adding the skills of Neuromodulators such as Botox and Dysport and hyaluronic acid based dermal fillers to complement the improved smile. Chris spends a lot of time in CE to keep current with latest trends and enjoys teaching the latest techniques and procedures including Tenting and upright fencing, zone 3 cheek injections, micro-compartmentalization filler technique, hyper-dilute micro-toxing, scar revision with combination of filler and neurotoxin and precision toxing.   • Hanieh Khorshidi NP-BC

    Meet our aesthetic provider, Hanieh Khorshidi NP-BC.  Hanieh graduated from George Mason University, in Fairfax, Virginia with her degree as a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner.  She has been practicing for over 10 years. Starting off as an Operating Room Nurse, Hanieh worked and trained among some of the best plastic & cosmetic surgeons throughout the Midwest and Northeast regions of the United States, gaining a profound appreciation for patient safety, advocacy, and education.  Her passion for patient safety and education extends to her career in aesthetics, as she has been awarded with Medical Aesthetics Certifications including Master Injector for her use of cosmetic injectables in both basic and advanced injection techniques.  Hanieh currently owns and operates a Practice in Arlington, Virginia.  She prides herself on having a diverse and well-rounded understanding of both the business, and aesthetics of the cosmetic industry. Her approach is admirable in its respect for the artistry involved in injectables.   • Dr. Luis Linan, MD

    Dr. Luis Linan is a board-certified OB/GYN in El Paso, Texas.  He attended the University of Texas in Austin and graduated in 1982 with a BA in biology.  He went on to study at Texas Tech School of Medicine where he graduated in 1989.  After two years of general surgery residency, he completed his OB/GYN residency at Texas Tech University Health Science Center in El Paso.  From 1994-1995 he was clinical faculty at Texas Tech HSC in the department of OB/GYN.  Since 1995 Dr. Linan has been in private practice and in 2007 he began doing sclerotherapy treatments.  In 2011 his practice expanded to medical aesthetics where he now performs treatments for neurotoxins and fillers.

     

     

  • Constance Hall, NP

    Nurse Practitioner

    A 34 year nurse veteran, Constance graduated from UNCW with her Master’s of Nursing degree and is credentialed as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the ANCC and is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Her nursing career centered around the emergency department until she met her husband, a Duke graduate of its ENT and Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery program, Dr. William Hall, in 1991. She left the ER and began her career in aesthetics as she assisted Dr. Hall in performing all aspects of cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. A BOTOX® Cosmetic user since the early 1990’s, Constance knows the use and effects of cosmetic botulinum toxin and has been trained and certified in both the Fundamental and Advanced courses of cosmetic neurotoxins and dermal fillers.
    Constance is passionate about proper patient selection and customized facial mapping with matched recommendations of treatments and procedures that best serve the patient. With expert level skill-sets in all areas of facial injections using the full spectrum of hyaluronic acid, Calcium Hydroxyapatite, PMMA and other Collagen biostimulators —  and the artful use of neuromodulators, Constance can teach you how to achieve the most beneficial patient outcomes.

  • Amber Ploucha, NP

    Amber Ploucha graduated from Milligan College with her Bachelors Degree in Nursing in 2007, then went on to earn her Masters Degree in Nursing from East Tennessee State University, Summa Cum Laude in 2010. She is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Her background working in both Cardiology and Hospitalist Internal Medicine laid a strong foundation in the importance of patient safety and attention to detail. She began her aesthetics career in 2016, then in 2017 co-founded Flawless Medicine in Johnson City, TN. Amber is a Certified Merz Educational Trainer, traveling to train both for the company and privately. She is very proficient at facial balancing using neuromodulators, PDO threads, and the full spectrum of hyaluronic acid, Calcium Hydroxyapatite, PLLA and other collagen biostimulators. Her practice also utilizes state of the art laser technology, Ultherapy, Plasma Lift & Microneedling. Amber’s role as both a business owner and a clinician provides a wealth of knowledge to beginner injectors.

  • Mr. Waseem Garbia, PA-C

    Mr. Garbia graduated from George Mason University in Fairfax, VA. He then attended Jefferson College of Health Sciences in Roanoke, Virginia and graduated with his degree and certification in Physician Assistant studies and has been practicing for over 14 years. Waseem has worked in many different settings including general and plastic surgery, emergency medicine, critical cardiology and aesthetics.

    He is a certified master injector and is a national aesthetic medical trainer. Waseem has a vast knowledge in cosmecuticals, injectables and lasers and has a passion for long-term skin enhancement. Having experience with launching several medical spas, Waseem enjoys teaching and sharing his knowledge in technique as well as meeting business objectives.

  • Dr. Christy Bennett, DO

    Dr. Bennett is Board Certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine. She completed an Allopathic Internship & Residency in Family Medicine at the University of Oklahoma-Tulsa in 2000 and entered into a private practice. She received her undergraduate degree from the university of Tulsa in 1978 in Medical Technology. Dr. Bennett practices family practice medicine, operates a concierge injectable business and serves as Medical Director for a Medical Spa in Tulsa, OK.

    Dr. Bennett has been an instructor in aesthetic medicine for over 9 years specializing in the areas of Injectables, Sclerotherapy, Microdermabrasion & Chemical Peels. Dr. Bennett has authored numerous teaching materials & presentations in the areas of aesthetic medicine and has attended national and international symposiums on aesthetic medicine.

  • Dr. Jeffrey Ayers, DO

    In 1985 Dr. Ayers graduated from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, CA with his BA in Biology. He then graduated from medical school in 1989 from Des Moines University. From 1989-1992 he completed his Family Medicine Residency at the US Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton. From 1992-1995 he served the US Navy in Sasebo, Japan as a staff family physician and chief of the family advocacy program.

    In 1995 Jeff and his family relocated to the Salt Lake City area where he continues to work with Intermountain Healthcare as a staff family physician. In 2005, Dr. Ayers added non-surgical medical aesthetics to his areas of practice. Today, Dr. Ayers practices family medicine as well as serving as medical director for the National Institute of Medical Aesthetics and Elase Medical Spas.

    Dr. Ayers also trains for the use of neurotoxins, dermal fillers and laser resurfacing.
