This one-day course introduces licensed healthcare professionals to sclerotherapy for uncomplicated spider veins and reticular veins of the legs.

During the hands-on portion of the course, participants gain supervised experience with client evaluation, treatment planning, consent review, venous assessment, and Asclera® injections.
Models, products, and supplies are provided by MedAesthetics during the hands-on training session. The product used for injections is Asclera®.
Prior to the course date, attendees receive reference materials designed to support course preparation and clinical readiness.

| 8:15 AM | Venous Anatomy and Treatment Foundations Venous anatomy, physiology, venous disease, spider veins, reticular veins, and treatment goals. |
| 9:30 AM | Patient Evaluation and Treatment Planning History, consent, venous evaluation, indications, contraindications, documentation, and referral considerations. |

| 10:45 AM | Sclerosants, Injection Technique, and Safety Common sclerosants, Asclera® product considerations, equipment, injection technique, compression, and complication awareness. |

Eligibility: This course is open to licensed medical professionals, including MD, DO, PA, NP, and RN.
Scope of Practice: This program provides education and hands-on training in sclerotherapy for uncomplicated spider veins and reticular veins of the legs. Each participant is responsible for verifying with their respective state licensing board that sclerotherapy falls within their scope of practice and for complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
