Course format includes: online preparatory education, facial manikin simulation, live classroom instruction, supervised clinical training with two live patients, and structured post-procedure follow-up.
This 12-hour botulinum toxin training program is designed for licensed dentists and combines online preparation, facial manikin simulation, live classroom instruction, guided hands-on training, and post-treatment evaluation.
Participants progress through our Learn → Practice → Perform → Evaluate model before completing supervised treatment on two live patients. Each dentist brings one appropriate model, and MedAesthetics Training provides an additional model for the hands-on portion of the course.
In addition to injection technique, the curriculum emphasizes patient assessment, facial anatomy, clinical decision-making, documentation, complication prevention and management, and patient safety. Small class sizes allow for individualized instruction and meaningful interaction with experienced faculty throughout the training day.
Approximately two weeks after training, participants complete a structured follow-up module focused on treatment outcomes, patient communication, documentation, and clinical decision-making.
